Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownie Cake

This is made with chocolate, peanut butter, reese peanut butter cups, all sugar-free.  It was supposed to be a chocolate cake but perhaps due to the lack of sugar, it turned out more like brownie.  But it was sweet.

Green Tea Cake with cream cheese frosting

Kinda overdid it with the green tea powder

Red Velvet Cake

Ran out of Splenda today, so made this with real sugar.

Rainbow Cake with butter cream frosting (sweetened with Splenda granulated sugar substitute)

On hindsight, should have sliced away the top of each cake so that the butter cream can be absorbed nicely between each colour,

Chocolate Chiffon Cake

This is also totally sugarfree, sweetened with Splenda.

Orange Chiffon Cake

This is entirely sugar-free, sweetened with Splenda and freshly squeezed orange juice.

Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Tried using Splenda Brown Sugar Blend for this cake.  Turned up not too bad.. just that it's still has sugar and therefore not sugar-free.
